Registration fees

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION

The registration fee is 685 EUR if paid before the 15^th April 2025 and 775 EUR after the 15^th April 2025.

A reduced registration fee of 535 EUR before the 15^th April 2025 and 625 EUR after the 15^th April 2025 is offered for students. In order to qualify for the student fee you must be a full-time postgraduate student. Please send us a copy of valid student proof from your University.

This full registration entitles the participant to take part in the welcome reception on the 3^rd June, the scientific sessions and lunches on the 4^th and 5^th June, the scientific sessions on the 6^th June (including lunch box), and refreshments during the breaks.

Participation in the Symposium dinner on the 5^th June can be booked separately at the price of 110 EUR.

Once registered following cancellation conditions are valid: in case of cancellation of the registration you will be obliged to pay half of the amount. If your registration is cancelled after the 1^st May 2025, the total amount will be charged.
